1950s Classics of Boston velvet 2-piece skirt and top with elaborately detailed felt rose applique. Top has sweetheart neckline, size zipper and a felt rose at the lapel. Skirt is a full circle skirt with hand stitched rose and leaf applique that swirls around the skirt from front to back. Pictured with a crinoline underneath (not included)
