This dress literally can't have a bad hair day, it's effortlessly flawless. Iridescent shimmery tangerine fabric with the lightest movement, in part to triple-tiered handkerchief hem of its skirt. A cinched banded waist with a blousey bodice gathered to the neckline and dolman semi-sheer long sleeves. Back zipper with a slight opening and button at the back of the neck.
